The AI meeting analytics solution MiiTel Meetings, developed by RevComm, is now equipped with a Real-Time Talk Assistant feature. This feature functions as an AI assistant that helps users directly during online meetings, making conversations more effective and focused.

What Can the Real-Time Talk Assistant Do?

1. Real-Time Transcription

While a conversation is taking place, the AI automatically generates a real-time transcription. This feature helps users stay focused on the discussion without worrying about missing important information.

2. Real-Time Chat with Copilot

In addition to displaying transcriptions, users can also interact directly with the AI through the chat feature to get instant insights during the meeting, such as:

• ・Identifying decisions or tasks currently being discussed or agreed upon
• ・Getting a summary of the discussion up to a certain point
• ・Identifying important points that have not yet been discussed

As well as various other questions depending on the user’s needs.

3. Faster Sharing of Meeting Results

Users can share discussion results more quickly and easily by using Copilot’s output, such as meeting summaries, task lists, conversation analysis, and email drafts. This information can be used immediately and sent via email, chat applications, or entered directly into a CRM system.
