RevComm has introduced the Copilot feature in MiiTel RecPod, an AI-based mobile application capable of automatically recording, transcribing, summarizing, and analyzing conversations in face-to-face meetings.

With the Copilot feature, users can now ask questions and get instant insights from meeting recordings on their smartphone without having to replay the recording or manually review the transcription.

Introduced in 2024, MiiTel RecPod is designed to address various challenges in face-to-face communication, from sales meetings to front desk service. Using MiiTel RecPod is now a smart way to document and get more value from in-person business meetings.

Using the Copilot feature is very simple: after a meeting is recorded on the MiiTel RecPod app on a smartphone, users can select a question from the available options or type their own question freely. The system will then provide an instant answer based on the conversation transcript.
