MiiTel Meetings Is Now Integrated with Webex

RevComm has announced that its AI solution for meeting analysis, “MiiTel Meetings,” is now integrated with Webex, the video conferencing and collaboration platform developed by Cisco.

MiiTel Meetings is a service that helps companies document and analyze conversations in online meetings. This solution helps companies understand communication more clearly, improve the quality of interactions, and automate work to increase productivity.

Introduced in 2023, MiiTel Meetings has supported meetings on Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Through this latest integration, Webex users can now also take advantage of MiiTel’s various advanced features, such as:

• ・Voice-to-text transcription
• ・AI-based conversation summaries
• ・Conversation analysis
• ・Integration with CRM/SFA systems such as Salesforce

With these features, using MiiTel supports the collection of all business communication data on a single platform. This ranges from MiiTel Meetings for online meeting analysis, MiiTel RecPod for offline meeting analysis, to MiiTel Phone for phone conversation analysis.

The voice conversation data that has been collected can be processed through MiiTel Synapse Copilot into a database that can be accessed and utilized by various teams within a company. This allows companies to use customer communication data as a strategic asset to support faster and more accurate decision-making.
