This partnership was made possible through collaboration between RevComm and TRSid, an Indonesian AI company. By integrating TRSid’s DeeTab—a hotel reservation and communication system—with RevComm’s MiiTel Phone, the hotel is able to deliver a seamless, tech-enabled guest experience.

Each guest room is equipped with a dedicated tablet, allowing guests to access all services through a single interface, streamlining communication and enhancing convenience.

1. Meal Ordering via Tablet
   Guests can conveniently order meals through the DeeTab app without making a phone call or leaving their room. This streamlines the ordering process, shortens wait times, and ensures timely delivery.

2. Seamless Communication with Hotel Staff
   Using the in-room tablet, guests can easily contact reception, housekeeping, restaurants, bars, and other departments via extension numbers—free of charge. This eliminates the need for a traditional phone system while improving both guest convenience and hotel staff efficiency.

3. In-Room Calling Between Guests
   For group travelers, the extension feature allows direct room-to-room calls, enabling easy communication without the need to step out or use external devices.

4. TV Channel Control via App
   Guests can change TV channels directly from the DeeTab app, replacing the need for a physical remote. This is especially helpful for international guests who may be unfamiliar with the local TV system.

In addition to the guest tablets, MiiTel Phone is also deployed at staff terminals across departments including reception, housekeeping, and food & beverage. This integrated setup enables real-time, lag-free communication throughout the hotel, enhancing both operational flow and guest service.
