Joined Mitsubishi Corporation, engaged in automobile trading, planning, drafting, and executing sales/marketing strategies in overseas markets, cross-border investment projects, establishment of new companies, large-scale government bidding projects, M&A projects, etc. Established RevComm Inc. in July 2017.

Yasufumi Hirai
President&COO
Graduated from Kyushu University (B.Sc. Mathematics) and joined IBM Japan. Became a senior executive at Microsoft Japan, then President and Representative Executive Officer of Cisco Systems G.K. Spent ten years at Rakuten Group as Executive Vice President, CIO, and CISO. Currently serves as an Executive Member of the Japan Association of Corporate Executives (Keizai Doyukai), Specially Appointed Professor at Tokyo College of Music, and outside director for several startups. Joined RevComm in July 2025.

Director / CPO
Completed a Master's degree in Precision Engineering at the Graduate School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo. Engaged in solving management issues for major clients at McKinsey & Company. Obtained an MBA from INSEAD, and worked in product roles at Google's US headquarters and a UK FinTech company. Joined RevComm in July 2020.

Taiichi Hashimoto
Director / Research Director
Completed a Doctoral degree in Computational Engineering at the Graduate School of Information Science and Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology. Doctor of Engineering. Engaged in natural language processing research as an Assistant and Project Associate Professor at Tokyo Institute of Technology. After that, worked at Gree, Inc., and then at LINE Corporation, where he oversaw the development of big data analysis platforms and product development using AI technology such as smart speakers. Joined RevComm in April 2021.

Completed a Master's degree at Tokyo Institute of Technology and joined Accenture. As a manager in the Data Science department, led the development of products utilizing cutting-edge technology and consulting projects. Joined RevComm as a founding member and CTO in June 2018.

After graduating from university, joined a startup as a founding member. Engaged in various roles such as Sales, HR, and new business development, and held positions such as Head of Sales and Head of HR. Prior to joining our company, primarily engaged in M&A advisory work, mainly focusing on cross-border deals, at Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory, etc., and also experienced general finance and business planning work at venture companies. Graduated from Keio University and engaged in statutory audits at KPMG AZSA LLC. Subsequently joined LIXIL Corporation, where he completed the IFRS implementation project and promoted the globalization of accounting systems through restructuring of overseas subsidiaries. Obtained an MBA from ESADE Business School. Joined RevComm in March 2020. Certified Public Accountant.

Head of Enterprise Business
Graduated from Waseda University and joined Benefit One in its start-up phase. Led corporate sales, content development, and overseas business, driving the company’s Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market listing and global expansion. Spent nearly 10 years in China and Singapore, overseeing operations in eight countries as an Executive Officer. Served as Vice President of a foreign-affiliated company’s Japan subsidiary. Joined RevComm in 2023.
